# Pickit

## Context

Two Beninese founders based in the United States asked me to design an app for sports coaches to manage their clients: a simple booking page, with conversations and appointments in one place.

## What I did

I analysed the market and the alternatives, defined the product and a route to market, then set the scope of the MVP and designed it far enough to iterate on.

## Shipping it

I worked with the developer to review the design for build cost, simplifying several flows so it could reach the market sooner.
